I took some pictures of Amelia for her birthday at the beach. The day was not that good, a big storm was rolling in so the sky was not the best, but there still were quite a few cute pictures.

You can see how calm the water was, this was about 20 minutes before it started raining. It was really neat, you could see it raining just down the shore and you could hear it, it sounded like a dull white noise.

I love how cute Harry looks going to school. This morning he had had enough of the pictures :)
We went to a farm to pick pumpkins. They had all sorts of things to do for the family. You take a hay ride out to the u-pick areas, right now for apples and pumpkins. This area was a pond where you could fish. I am trying to bait the hook with corn that they gave us.

So the pumpkin patch was not the highlight of their trip, which they were originally so excited about...the hay ride was. In pretty much every picture you can see the look of concern on their faces watching a tractor go by. The hayride would drop you off and keep going to the next area to see if anyone was ready to go to the next patch (the pumpkin patch alone was 10 acres), or if they were done. Harry and Amelia were so concerned about getting back on the tractor, that is all they did.

pointing out the tractor.
Daddy taking Harry to try and pick out a pumpkin.
Amelia laid out on a bunch of pumpkins, she thought it was quite funny.

watching the tractor again...

Ahhh....back on the hayride.
