Harry had a 'sleep-over' in his room. He had big plans, invitations for Mama, Daddy & Nina, decorations, games...he had it all figured out. Well, it came time for us to read our stories and get in our sleeping bags...Nina was not happy. She said that we were all too loud. So, we packed it all up and said "Thanks Harry!! What a great sleep-over! The best we have ever been to...now time for everyone to get in their beds! :)"He somewhat bought it. Maybe next time.

Harry came upstairs and told me. "Mama, I wrote my name down stairs!". I thought to myself "Where could he have written it?" This chalk board used to be up in our old house. The message on it was from my mom, before she officially got the name "Mema", right after Harry was born. She wrote that just before they left one visit, and we never took it off. Harry, if you can see, wrote his name at the very bottom in chalk. The whole thing just warmed my heart. A bit of a 'full circle' moment.
Thank you Shulls for the great gifts! They all were a big hit, especially the books, a must read each night now!
Ah...okay. A few pictures of Amelia here. But, it's because this is the first dress that I have made for her! I didn't quite follow the pattern, kind of made it up as I went along about half way through. When I was making it, she didn't seem to be too impressed with the whole idea. But, when she wore it yesterday, I heard her a couple times say, "This is MY dress...Mama made it for me!!" To hear that made me so happy.
