What a day yesterday was! Andy had a big project at work that was going into production and had to be at work at the wee hours of the morning. Meanwhile, Mieszko got up and I thought when Andy said he was going into his office, that meant at the other end of the house not across town. Mieszko danced a bit so I jumped up and went to him and he was very sick. So sick I was afraid that this was it. I was a
wreck. I couldn't get him to move (it was 4:15am). At about 5:30am I called my parents and my amazing dad came over to help. Thankfully, little M was feeling a bit better. Such a great Papa, took him home and looked after him for the day. He's feeling better and has eaten and kept it down. Thank you, thank you, thank you Papa!! Guess that's just what Miesko needed.
On to the
Wonderful visit! Our friends from our old Neighborhood came down, Nicole with her two beautiful children, to spend the day with us. We first headed downtown to the brownbag concert for the kids. It was Celtic music yesterday. They got to see a horse ride, planes, trains, sailboats...oh my! We headed over after lunch to the beach. It was overcast and quite windy (thank goodness we had their life vests,
and they liked wearing them), but for the kids, that was probably best. They played their little hearts out. Afterwords we came here for some rest and pizza. It was a great visit and so nice to see them! Unfortunately, yet again, I forgot my camera. I tell ya' I need to attach that thing to my hip! (I know you probably think that is where it is located, but alas it's not). So, Nicole thankfully let me snap some shots with her camera and we downloaded here. Thank you!!

Joshua running for it!

...yet again, look how old he looks. Harry looks like he's about 7 or 8 here.

Last year Nina didn't want much to do with going in the water, this year, we can't get her out.

She sure held her own with the boys, as usual. Nina seems to be more comfortable around boys, yikes!

Nicole & Evan. We didn't have many pictures of us, but I wanted to put up at least one of her :) She worked hard to get the little guy to nap, and her hard work payed off, just in time for the kids to come in from the water.

Such a cool dude.

Back at the house, everyone gets a ride in the red car.

Thanks for coming down you guys!! Harry said this morning, "Mama I want to keep the soap bottle from the bathroom, so I can remember Joshua & Evan's visit yesterday" (It was a new bottle). I think, no I know the kids had a fantastic time, including me!
