Last weekend my grandmother was in town for a couple days. It was great to see her. Andy and Papa decided to take down 4 more trees, this time, it was their decision, not mother natures. Wow, what a difference it made in our backyard!
And...while the topic of the tree falling on the car is in the air, an update on that situation. We received a call from insurance that our sturdy car was bit too pricey in the end to have fixed. So we now have a new car. We welcomed a Volvo into the garage a week ago. The kids love it, they have a bit more room in it.

Watching the men take out the trees, big entertainment around our house.

This is the second pine my dad was working on. The first is next to it, already limbless, waiting to be cut down.

Chatting, as my kids do best.
The next day we headed to my parents house (aka Mema & Papa). My Uncle Greg and Kathy were swinging back through town to pick Grandma up and drive back to Green Bay.
What service.

First of a few family shots. Nina was not into being photographed.

Waiting on the last of the series of photos.

Bye Grandma.

I just thought this was a sweet picture. Who would have guessed that we would have a little blond girl?! Her Polish genes running strong in her blood!
Uncle Greg.
