Harry was turning it so fast that it was slicing the apple but not peeling it. We have never had that happen before. Harry laughed so hard, he had troubles turning the crank.

Have apples, make applesauce.
Daddy. Bless his heart, has been making applesauce for the past couple days. The kids have been having a blast helping. We now have 18 containers of applesauce...and counting. It is a shame to use honey crisps for apple sauce, but it would be a bigger shame to let them go to waste! Yummy apples!

Looks like a busy weekend.
We finished up the last of our apples yesterday. Wow, were they ever good. So quick to make a pie ... 2 of the largest is all it took! Thank you : )
