Catching up

Finally some pictures!

Yesterday morning I felt great when I woke up. Yep. You read right, Great! The best I had felt in weeks, if not months. I still had pain, but I was vertical. Standing up tall instead of walking, shuffling bent over from place to place. It didn't last long, a couple hours later I went down hill and pretty fast. But, the glimpse of possibly good things to come, I was very happy to see and feel!

Today. No such luck. Feeling cruddy, but the experience of yesterday is still fresh on my mind.
For now. Some pictures!

I just got a tickle from this picture. The way Harry looks strolling over to Nina. This was the week that I went into the hospital.

Andy really liked Harry's hair this day. He tried to take his picture before school. You can see how excited Harry was about that.

Day before I went in I was labeling things in the house to try and make it easier for anyone that was helping. Andy took these pictures. I think I made more people smile from all my tags then anything else.

Nina's room.

On to Harry's first tooth. He lost it the day I came home from the hospital. I was able to see it before the tooth fairy came and got it. He lost it at school, big news in his class that day.

Harry pretending to sleep. Gma made the cutest tooth pillows for the kids. On the back of the little hanging pillow is a pocket. That pocket held his tooth for the tooth fairy, which is also where she left him some money!

Next night. Like I had said some time ago, both of his lower teeth were wiggling, so the second was ready to go as well. He especially wanted the second out once he saw the tooth fairy brought money! Harry had daddy working on the tooth just before bed.

Still wiggling.

Not quite yet.

Not so fast. He went to bed, so we thought, and about 10 minutes later he came running into our room where I was in bed and said, "I GOT IT!!". He was so proud.

Nina was very overwhelmed by the whole thing. At times when he was working on getting it out she ran into the living room b/c she didn't want to watch.

The coloring of the bathroom is not good for pictures. We have a lot of medium tones in our wood, which casts an orange/yellow hue on everything. Makes it a bit tricky, but had to post all the teeth pics.

Putting his tooth in. Yep, he has a different top and bottom on. Around here we often sport "crazy jammies". Harry loves this. Nina used to despise the idea, now she likes to be creative as well. Me. Laundry has been interesting.

Waiting.
Ahhh. That was nice. Pictures my, my old friend.
