Still Catchin' up

These pictures are from Harry's field trip to one of our local nature centers. I was a tad bit emotional that day, I didn't get many pictures. It was the day before my surgery. Harry, usually, is running around with his friends, comforted that I am there, but running with his buddies and not me. This time he walked and held my hand. Surgery of the next day I guess was getting to all of us.
That day was super busy. I truly did not stop the whole day, which I guess was a good thing.
I was going through pictures and saw these and wanted to put hem up...

Like I said he was pretty much next to me the whole time, so this was the best picture I could get. He was looking at a newt lizard.

This was the cutest screech owl. It's full grown. Every time we go here I fall in love with it all over again.


They always get to pet the boa constrictor.
That's Harry's 'girlfriend' in pink that I wrote about in the last post. :) As he was turning away in the picture to go back to his seat. Guess it showed already then that they didn't agree on numbers. :)
Nina was a champ. She usually stays behind with Mema & Papa, Daddy or Gma & Gpa. This time we didn't have such an option with getting everyone lined up for the weeks to come, this time she got to come with. She did great, was very patient.
Not the best picture of her, but she was so happy to get to pet the snake. She talked about it for a while later. A lot of the girls didn't want to touch it, not Nina. She couldn't wait for her turn! Which of course, shouldn't surprise anyone that knows her.
