Good Morning Snow

Yesterday I sat at the dinning room table, looking out at our ravine. I looked at the piles of leaves from fall, that the trees deposited on their floor.
This morning. No sign of those leaves. A fresh, thick heavy layer of snow blanketed the area.

Thankfully, our neighbor across the street helped me shovel the end of our driveway. The plow had gone by just before I needed to pick-up Nina, dumping over 4 ft. of snow at the end. Snow blower, couldn't get it to start (Andy usually takes care of that). I walked to the end with my trusty shovel, and our neighbor, who is in his 70's, helped me do the whole driveway. So kind of him. Ed was here to save my day, or a little of my back at least. :)
My abdomen is not too happy with me, but sure felt good to shovel...probably not the best idea.
